"We", "us" and "our" means VOCO Pty Ltd (ABN 36 107 881 845).
All transactions are secured using a secure server software (SSL) used by all major online retailers and recommended for all online sales. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypts all your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into pieces of code that are then securely transmitted over the internet.
All prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia.
VOCO accepts credit card payments in Australian dollars made by VISA or MASTERCARD only and payments by bank transfer. Please call for details 03 5223 1459.
VOCO currently only accepts orders deliverable to an Australian address. The prices displayed for postage on this site are quoted in Australian dollars.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, which we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the contact details provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.

Most products displayed on this site are available in store at VOCO, 333 Pakington St, Newtown VIC. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on this site may not be available at our store. We go out of our way to select merchandise for voco.com.au that is of the highest quality and design. Please understand that some featured items are offered in limited quantities and because of their limited availability will not always be able to be re-stocked. That means once these items are gone they may be gone for good. When an item is no longer availabe we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. All merchandise has been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available.Damaged Shipments
Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please email/call us immediately. All damage claims must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of the goods. Any claims made after this time are subject to denial.You are entitled to choose a refund or exchange if the product you've bought is faulty or damaged.
Product Returns
VOCO will provide a refund, replacement or exchange only where goods are found to be faulty not for change of mind reasons. You myst report the faulty merchandise within 2 days of receipt of the goods by emailing VOCO at info@voco.com.au or calling VOCO on 03 5223 1459.To return damaged products or products under the refund & exchange policy email info@voco.com.au or call on (03) 5223 1459 providing your details, the product you would like to send back and the reason why. We will then issue you a Return Number. Unfortunately, no shipments can be accepted without a Return Number.
Pack the product and include the Tax Invoice and make note of your Return Number on the outside of the package.

Postage
We ship most purchases within (2) working days from date of full payment depending on product availability. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, eg. strikes, floods etc. We ship only to addresses within Australia we regret we do not at this stage deliver to International addresses. You are charged for your items upon confirmation by email of your order if paying by credit card. If you wish to pay by direct deposit to our bank account, we await confirmation of this payment before delivery process (up to 5 days). Your items are shipped by Australia Post. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or AUS public holidays.We ship all orders via Australia Post, orders over $100 in value and all Me&Ro orders will be sent via Registered Post. For extra cost deliveries can be trackable and come with transit insurance. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost during transit, we will replace it at our cost.
Large or bulky orders
For excessive weight or bulky orders that cannot be sent via Australia Post we reserve the right to charge additional postage/delivery charges. These additional costs will be advised to you at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation email.Failed Deliveries
VOCO reserves the right to charge the customer any additional shipping costs incurred for failed deliveries, unless the failure is as a result of an error by VOCO.Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
VOCO Gift Vouchers are issued by VOCO Pty Ltd. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen voucher will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The voucher is redeemable for merchandise at www.voco.com.au or the VOCO store at 333 Pakington St, Newtown, VIC. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not negotiable. The voucher is valid until the expiry date (being one year from date of issue) or until used in full. Any unused amount after the expiry date of the voucher will not be refunded or credited.VOCO Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on the voucher.

We do not share those details with any third parties. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts your details.
To place an order online after browsing the items on offer you add the item/s to your 'shopping bag'. You do this within a product page by selecting the item from the available menu. Then add the item to your list by clicking 'add to my shopping bag'.
Variations to Terms & Conditions
VOCO reserves the right to charge the customer any additional shipping costs incurred for failed deliveries, unless the failure is as a result of an error by VOCO.VOCO retains the right to update and make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. This may be necessary when introducing new products or services. Any update placed here will take immediate effect, replacing any previous statements.
Backordered Items
In the event part of your order at the time of shipping includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item and refund you or ship your backordered item in a separate shipment. You will be advised of any backorders before any shipping occurs. You will not be charged additional postage on the additional shipment. All backorders will be advised to you by email at time of shipment and if for any reason you would like to cancel the backordered item please email us immediately at info@voco.com.au.Privacy Policy
